Before entering the DMZ area for ID checks, we’ll explore three stops: the Bridge of Freedom, the Mangbaedan Altar, and a steam locomotive destroyed during the Korean War in Imjingak Park. Imjingak, established in 1972 for displaced North Koreans, marks the end of National Road No. 1, accessible to civilians.
Bridge of Freedom: A significant site where North Korean refugees in the South hold ancestral rites commemorating their relatives left behind in the North.

The Third Tunnel: This tunnel, discovered in 1978, was dug by North Korea under the DMZ. It measures 2m wide, 2m high, and over 1,635m long.
